Recently, Sarah Elson opened her private house for one week to display the German artist Suse Weber's work. It is quite strange and special experience because you will have a tour of a stranger's house not the gallery and museum.
I have the opportunity to talk with Suse. I am curious about what is the difference between her work display in private space and her previous work in public space.
She told me the space has a different interpretation in Eastern Europe and London.
The public space means the space control by the government, however, people live in London who believe they can have the private space in public space. Her explanations inspire me to think my project:
Can we have private space in the museum?
Can we uncontrolled generate our own point of view in the museum?
This is a sketch of her previous work She cut them down because she think it is a special condition because people always see the final work rather than the sketch |

She also tells us her interest in picture language and explain the stories behind the material, image and pattern and also the interesting story about dragons.
